Having emigrated from Belfast, Northern Ireland in 1977, James Ferris has proudly made Wyndham his home, where he lives with his wife Jane and their twins, James Junior and Itria.

James began his professional real estate career in 1998 and was immediately recognised for his talent, earning the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award within the First National Real Estate Network. Prior to entering real estate, James spent 12 years as a qualified chef—an experience that honed his discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service.

After nearly two decades working within established agencies, James made the decision to open his own independent office.
